Wonderfully effective composition.
Why is it more startling to the human brain to see 1/3 of something weird with its shadow outline than it is to see the whole freaky 100%? Is how the noggin works based on some weird story problem?
Great sense of foreboding in this piece. Uplighting and shadows do the trick.
